DISSOLUTION OF
PARTNERSHIP DEED
THIS
DEED OF DISSOLUTION is executed at___on the___

to as the FIRST PARTY which expression
shall, unless it is repugnant to the context,

referred to as the SECOND PARTY which expression

referred to as the THIRD PARTY which expression

WHEREAS
the Parties to this deed had entered into
partnership by an Partnership Deed dated___.
AND
WHEREAS the Parties were carrying on business in
Partnership under the name and style of

AND
WHEREAS the Parties to this deed mutually decided
to dissolve the Partnership to be effective from
___ and settle all their accounts in full and
final.
NOW
THIS DEED WITNESSES AS UNDER:

The Partnership shall stand dissolved with

absolutely the entire good will and other assets
