NOTICE is hereby given that
Mr. Bimal Das Gupta of Kolkata, Indian Inhabitant
has contracted to sell the property described in
the Schedule hereunder written, to our client.
All persons having any
claim against, to or in respect of the said
property or any part thereof by way of
inheritance, mortgage, sale, exchange, gift,
liens, lease, charge, trust, maintenance,
possession, easement or otherwise howsoever are
hereby required to make the same known in writing
to the undersigned at the address given below
within a period of 14 days from the publication
hereof failing which the sale will be completed
without reference to such claims, and the same if
any will be deemed to have been waived.
