NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership heretoforth subsisting, Mr. Ram Das, Mr. Amit Agarwal and Mr. Dilip Singh carrying on business of cloth merchants in the firm name and style of M/s. RAD Clothings at 57, Mulji Jetha Market, Mumbai has been dissolved with effect from ___ by mutual consent.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all debts due to or owing by the said dissolved firm will be received or paid respectively by Mr. Amit Agarwal and Mr. Dilip Singh who will continue to carry on the said business in the name and style of M/s. RAD Clothings at the aforesaid premises.
